If you haven’t purchased Scottevest clothing before it’s specially designed jackets, vests and pants loaded with extra pockets to hold gear. The clothing costs just a little more than what you’d pay for the same “un-pocketed” item but the finish is top notch. I’ve bought  four separate Scottevest jackets – as well as the one that Judie was kind enough to send me.  And as I noted in the post at Geardiary, my favorite thing to do with Scottevest is wear it while traveling. The extra pockets make navigating airport security a breeze and in a pinch you can carry heavier items in the coat pockets instead of checking them through with your baggage.
