BoostMobile Introduces Shrinkage Plan for Unlimited Users

boost mobile unlimited shrinkage.jpg

Boost Mobile has rolled out a pretty clever new promotion for their monthly unlimited subscribers. For every 6 timely payments Boost will lower your monthly unlimited plan by $5 (capped at $15). This means a monthly unlimited regular plan could be as low as $35/mo and a BlackBerry plan at $45/mo.

There are a couple catches to this. First, you have to sign up online – it’s NOT automatic which seems very strange. Second they do not seem to credit you for any time that you’ve already spent with Boost. I have a monthly unlimited phone on Boost and was forced to go online and select the shrinkage plan which only takes effect on my next billing cycle.
