Boost Mobile Daily Unlimited Coming Soon – $2/Day

Scanning this morning through the ever helpful Howardforums site I couldn’t help but notice a post asking about a new Boost Mobile $2 daily unlimited offering that was appearing in one subscriber’s account. Sure enough when I checke3d my account it was there too -and just as reported I was unable to switch my contract to the new plan — yet.

If the chatter in the forum is correct – watch for Boost to flip the on switch for this plan around September 13, 2010. Since there are no details (yet) on the Boost site itself – all we can do is hope that the forum information is correct and that this indeed will be an unlimited talk/text/data offering. Boost in the past has offered daily unlimited though only for their iDen walkie talkie and at a price of $1 per day. So far as I’m aware this is the first time they’ve offered $2 per day for unlimited everything and only on the days you use the phone. It’s unknown if there will be any type of service fee to use it – although other Boost plans are light on extra fees so lets hope this one is a pure $2/day.
