		<description>I had this problem too of being stuck on EDGE and not being able to get 3G&lt;br&gt;and i tried out this technique: it does work when you type *#*#4636#*#*&lt;br&gt;just set &quot;wcdma only&quot; instead of &quot;wcdma preferred&quot;, the phone then reconnects to the network&lt;br&gt;and voila: 3G is enabled once again!&lt;br&gt;Once this is done just put the setting back to &quot;wcdma preferred&quot; and your finished!</description>
