Avoid Sprint ETF – Sprint Raising Fees January 2010

Need to leave Sprint mid-contract without incurring an expensive early termination fee (ETF)? According to web site Phonenews.com you’ll have a chance.

On January 10, 2010 Sprint’s raising their per-line regulatory fee to .40 and will also begin assessing a $4.99 monthly fee for spending limit regulations. Since this appears to constitute a material change to contract terms (which allows subscribers to leave penalty free) you may be able to use this opening to escape Sprint.
