Sprint HTC Hero down to $99 at Best Buy

htc hero best buyYou knew it was only a matter of time. Once Verizon’s version of the HTC Hero ( Droid Eris ) hit the stores for $99 Sprint would be forced to lower the pricing on their own HTC Hero. Looks like the pricing will first hit $99 at Best Buy stores as evidenced by this online advertisement. I’ll be surprised if the Sprint site doesn’t follow suit within the next week or so.

Don’t worry – I’m pretty sure you’ll see this price drop to $99 for everyone. Verizon is already out with their version of the Hero (Droid Eris) which is priced at $99.
