If you haven't been to Ed Kless's sessions during Insights (or anywhere) – what are you waiting for?

Here's a sample of Ed in action.  I shot this video at IT Alliance about two weeks ago. Ed took a price quote that someone in the audience had brought along. He walked us through creating new pricing options (3 of them) and we learned to take our normal price quotes and turn them into what Ed refers to as "the floor" as opposed to "the ceiling".
